BUTLER
Der e:cue Butler ist das bekannteste DMX Ausgabegerät der e:cue lighting control Produktfamilie. Der Butler ist ein netzwerkfähiges DMX Ausgabegerät mit integrierter Replayunit. Die Verbindung zur e:cue Lighting oder Video Application Suite erfolgt über RJ-45 Netzwerkverbindung und unterstützt das e:net Protokoll, das DMX Signal wird über 2x RJ-45 Ausgänge ausgegeben. XLR Adapter sind im Lieferumfang des Butler Red enthalten. Auf der internen SD-Speicherkarte können vom e:cue Programmer beliebige Shows exportiert und dann im stand-alone mode vom Butler wiedergegeben werden.
Zur Nutzung der Exportfunktion innerhalb der LAS ist die e:cue Elements oder Enterprise Software erforderlich. Ein integrierter IR Empfänger erlaubt den Abruf von Shows über handelsübliche Infrarot-Fernbedienungen. Die Stromversorgung erfolgt wahlweise über externes Netzteil, den Power-over-Ethernet Standard, oder die optional erhältliche Butler Garage, welche den Einbau von bis zu 12 Butlern in ein 19“ Rack (inkl. Netzteil) erlaubt.
