salt mine

„Many fairytales lead you on floating carpets into shimmering worlds, to gleaming palaces thereof to well-guarded treasure chests. The most wonderful of secrets however you will find in the deepest parts of the earth, within the mountain masses“

Two, four meter high columns make the door to an adventure that you won’t soon forget, and lead to a new visitor center, a glass encased structure, which huddles against the hillside of the mountain. The wall which is up to 17 meters, and an atmospheric resonance, along with medial production/orchestration and the visualized water surface allow the image of an imposing salt mine palace.

The salt laboratory and chamber is roundabout with the newest multimedia technology equipped and expound the educational-themed and nearly realistic. The air stagnates when you reach around 150 meters deep lying salt sea, the dimensions where the water is not immediately recognizable. A ferry boat moves on the water where gradually the streaks of light expire – in an instant of complete darkness – then the specially crafted for the room composition of world-renowned producer Peter Wolf enables the crystals to be able to be heard. Kaleidoscopic lighting ornamentation, innumerable glittering points grow in the room, accompanying you in a striking display until the end of the journey.
